How many races are there on each race night?
Racing at Meydan has 6 races per night and the Dubai World Cup Carnival has 7 races per night at 35-40 minute intervals, with gates opening an hour before the post time of the first race. It is recommended that you arrive at the Meydan Grandstand and Racecourse 30 minutes before the first race to allow time to find parking, reach your desired hospitality area, and complete the Pick 6 (prediction game) competition entry form which must be handed in 15 minutes before the start of the first race.

What kind of hospitality can I purchase?

Silks Restaurant: guests can choose between a non-alcoholic or standard house beverage buffet package. Please refer to the Children's Policy section below.

Winner's Circle Restaurant: Level 2&3 – 4 Course Set Menu with non-alcoholic beverages or 4 Course Set Menu including standard house beverages.

Parade Ring Restaurant – Mezzanine and Ground floor - Admission only. Guest can order traditional pub style food from the à la carte menu and beverages. Entry for 21 years of age and above only. Tickets for this area also grants guests access to The Premium.

The Premium - Guaranteed seat opposite the finish line with super views of the racetrack and Parade Ring. Limited food & beverages are available for purchase from the food kiosks.

Will I be able to purchase food in the Grandstand?
Yes, we have a Food Court located in the Mezzanine Floor of the Grandstand and racegoers can purchase a wide selection of food and beverages from the kiosks.

Are there vegetarian items included on the menu?
Yes.

What are the Hospitality Package timings?
The hospitality and beverage package is served for 4 hours starting half an hour before the 1st race.

What is the Dubai Racing Club children's policy?

Children’s Policy for Grandstand – Free Admission Area (Public Area)
All guests and children including those under the age of 5 years old in push chairs or strollers are allowed access to the free admission area of the Meydan Grandstand.

Children’s Policy for Hospitality Areas & The Premium :
Children under the age of 5 years old and children in push chairs or stroller are restricted from all hospitality areas throughout the Meydan Grandstand including the Winner's Circle Restaurant. All children (5 years and above) will require a badge to enter all hospitality areas. There is no special pricing for children entering Hospitality Areas or Winner's Circle Restaurant.

Children’s Policy for Silks Restaurant:
Children of all ages are welcomed at Silks Restaurant with the special ticket prices stated below:

Children of the age 0-4 years                           Cover charge of AED 50.- net per child/ticket

Children of the age 5-12 years                         Non-alcoholic International buffet of AED 150.- net per child

Children above the age of 12 years old must purchase an adult ticket.

Children’s Policy for Parade Ring Restaurant:

Guests entering the Parade Ring Restaurant must be 21 years of age and above (proof of identity is required).

Children’s Policy for Horse Connection Lounge

Children between the ages of 5-12 years are required to purchase a hospitality badge for the Horse Connection Lounge at full adult price.

Children under the age of 5 years are granted free admission, however push chairs or strollers are strictly not permitted in the hospitality facilities of the Meydan Grandstand, including the Horse Connection Lounge.

What is the dress code for the race nights?
The dress code forthe free-admission area is casual attire. Smart attire is required of those entering the Meydan Grandstand hospitality area. Women are encouraged to wear hats and racewear, though it is optional. T0shirts, flip flops and shorts are strictly prohibited in the Meydan Grandstand.
*Please note: Jeans, t-shirts, trainers and shorts are strictly prohibited in the Parade Ring.

Where is the Ticket Sales Office located?

The Dubai Racing Club Ticket Sales Office is located before the entrances and in between Gate B and Gate C of the Meydan Grandstand, and is open from 8.00am to 8.00pm; Sundays to Thursdays and on weekend if it’s a race day. It is recommended that you collect all tickets prior to the racenight to simplify admission on the night itself.

Can someone else collect my tickets on my behalf?

Yes. Send an email to ticketoffice@dubairacingclub.com mentioning your booking reference number and the name of the person collecting the tickets on your behalf. He/she can then collect the tickets on your behalf provided that he/she presents your booking reference number along with his/her ID for verification upon ticket collection.

Can I have my tickets couriered?
Yes at a fee. Please specify when making the booking by selecting the correct courier option when booking online.

Can I Receive my tickets at another location, is this possible?
You can always change the delivery address until about 2-4 weeks prior to the race. Please note it is your responsibility to notify us in advance of a change in delivery address.

I will be moving house within the next months and do not yet know my new delivery address, can I leave the field blank?
No, just fill out your current address until you know your new address.

Can I cancel my order because I cannot make it to the race?

Race nights:

Cancellation 4 weeks prior to the race date - 100% refund.

Cancellation 4 weeks within race date – no refund.

Dubai World Cup:

No refund on any Dubai World Cup purchased tickets.

Do you offer hotel and flight bookings?


No. We recommend that a local travel agent or tour operator is contacted to assist with hotel and flight bookings.

What competitions can I enter on race nights?

A prediction ‘Pick 6’ competition is held every racenight. Competition details are available in the evenin’s race programme. Entry for the competition is free of charge and the winners will be announced on the night itself in the Parade Ring following the last race. All winners must claim their prize on the racenight from the Pick 6 Reward Centre located on Level 1, Concourse B.The ‘Triple Tri’ competition is free to enter and is applicable for the final three races of the evening’s race programme. Al Basti Lucky Draw - All racegoers will receive a complimentary lucky draw ticket at the entrance Gates, which entitles them to a chance of winning cash prizes. The Superfecta competition, which is played on the final race of the evening, offers an AED 5,000 cash prize to be divided among any players who correctly select the first four placed horses according to the official order of finish.

Is there any dedicated area for children within the Grandstand?

Yes, we have two special dedicated areas for children aged 2 – 8 called the Kids Zone, one is located on the first level near Premium Seating and one is located on the Mezzanine level near the food-court of the General Admission area in the Meydan Grandstand, and both areas have a range of fun activities.

Where can I purchase official merchandise?

An exclusive range of merchandise will be available from the Meydan Grandstand Gift Shop located at Concourse B and from the Gift Shop at Concourse A.

Will taxis be available at the end of the racenight?

The Dubai Transport Company Operates a taxi service from Meydan Grandstand and Racecourse. The taxi drop-off and pick up point is located outside the Meydan Grandstand.

Where is Meydan Grandstand and Racecourse located?

Located at the heart of Dubai and at the prime horseracing district of the UAE, Meydan Racecourse is easily accessible via major roads and expressways.
