Dubai Racing Club and Fasig-Tipton Forge Landmark International Partnership

Dubai Racing Club has announced a landmark international partnership with Fasig-Tipton, North America’s premier Thoroughbred auction house, bringing together two of the sport’s most influential organisations to strengthen international collaboration and create new opportunities for owners, trainers and breeders across the global racing industry.

The strategic partnership will see Fasig-Tipton establish an enhanced presence throughout the 2026–27 Dubai Racing Carnival at Meydan Racecourse, while both organisations collaborate to promote greater international participation, facilitate the movement of elite bloodstock between key racing jurisdictions, and further strengthen the global Thoroughbred ecosystem.

United by a shared Dubai heritage and a commitment to excellence, the partnership represents a significant step in reinforcing Dubai’s position as a global hub for Thoroughbred racing. By connecting one of the world’s leading bloodstock sales companies with one of international racing’s premier race seasons, the collaboration will create new pathways for American owners and trainers to compete in Dubai, while providing UAE-based connections with greater access to North America’s most prestigious bloodstock sales.

Founded in 1898, Fasig-Tipton is North America’s oldest Thoroughbred auction company and has been responsible for the sale of many of the sport’s most accomplished racehorses and breeding stock. The partnership builds on an already successful relationship, with recent Fasig-Tipton graduates enjoying notable success at Meydan, including 2026 G2 Godolphin Mile winner Banishing and 2026 G3 Firebreak Stakes winner Mendelssohn Bay.

The collaboration will commence immediately, with Dubai Racing Club represented at the prestigious Fasig-Tipton Saratoga Select Sale this August, marking the first of several joint initiatives planned throughout the forthcoming season.

The announcement forms part of Dubai Racing Club’s continued strategy to strengthen international participation across the Dubai Racing Carnival, which last season welcomed 47 international trainers, 130 overseas-trained runners and winners from five different countries—the highest number in the event’s history.

The partnership marks another important milestone in Dubai Racing Club’s ongoing commitment to strengthening international racing relationships and enhancing the global appeal of both the Dubai Racing Carnival and the Dubai World Cup.
