Dubai Racing Club Announces Schedule Change for 2025 Dubai World Cup

Key Update: Gates Open at 2:30 PM | First Race at 4:35 PM | Race 9 Dubai World Cup at 9:30 PM

Dubai, UAE – 1 April 2025:

Dubai Racing Club has announced that due to unforeseen weather forecast, and in an effort to ensure the comfort of all jockeys and the safety of the horses participating in the 2025 Dubai World Cup, on Saturday 5 April, as well as the well-being of all guests attending this landmark event, a minor adjustment to the day’s schedule has been made, to a later start time.

Gates to Meydan Racecourse will now open at 2:30 PM, with the first race — the G1 Dubai Kahayla Classic — set for 4:35 PM. The highly anticipated main event, the Dubai World Cup, will take place at 9:30 PM, followed by a spectacular Closing Ceremony worthy of the occasion.

Sheikh Rashed bin Dalmook Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Racing Club, said:

“Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of horses, jockeys and guests is our top priority, the decision has been made to adjust the start time of the Dubai World Cup day. We remain fully committed to delivering an exceptional event filled with thrilling horseracing, world class hospitality, and a truly magical atmosphere befitting the Dubai World Cup.”

The Dubai World Cup is the world’s most spectacular race day and one of region’s biggest sporting and social occasions. All tickets, hospitality packages, and related bookings will remain in place, with the later timings to be adhered to.

نادي دبي لسباق الخيل يعلن عن تعديل في جدول كأس دبي العالمي 2025

فتح الأبواب 2:30 ظهراً | أول الأشواط 4:35 عصراً | شوط كأس دبي العالمي 9:30 مساءً

الشيخ راشد بن دلموك: “سلامة الخيول والفرسان والحضور على رأس أولوياتنا”

دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة – 1 أبريل 2025:

أعلن نادي دبي لسباق الخيل أنه، وبسبب التغيرات المناخية المتوقعة، وحرصاً على راحة الفرسان وسلامة الخيول المشاركة في أمسية كأس دبي العالمي 2025 المقررة يوم السبت الموافق 5 أبريل، وكذلك لضمان تجربة متكاملة ومميزة لجميع ضيوف هذا الحدث العالمي، فقد تم إجراء تعديل على جدول الحدث لينطلق في وقت لاحق.

وبحسب التوقيت الجديد، سيفتح مضمار ميدان أبوابه عند الساعة 2:30 ظهراً، على أن ينطلق أول الأشواط، دبي كحيلة كلاسيك للفئة الأولى، في تمام الساعة 4:35 عصراً، بينما يُقام الشوط الرئيسي المنتظر، كأس دبي العالمي، في الساعة 9:30 مساءً، يعقبه حفل ختامي استثنائي يليق بمكانة الحدث.

وقال الشيخ راشد بن دلموك آل مكتوم، رئيس مجلس إدارة نادي دبي لسباق الخيل:

“سلامة ورفاهية الخيول والفرسان والحضور تظل دائماً على رأس أولوياتنا، وبناءً على ذلك تم اتخاذ قرار تعديل توقيت انطلاقة سباقات الأمسية. نؤكد التزامنا التام بتقديم أمسية استثنائية مليئة بالإثارة، وضيافة عالمية، وأجواء ساحرة تليق بكأس دبي العالمي”.

ويُعد كأس دبي العالمي أحد أروع وأبرز أيام السباقات وأكثرها تميزاً على مستوى العالم، كما يُعتبر من أكبر الفعاليات الرياضية والاجتماعية في المنطقة. وتؤكد اللجنة المنظمة أن جميع التذاكر، وباقات الضيافة، والحجوزات الحالية ستظل سارية دون أي تعديل، مع الالتزام الكامل بالتوقيتات المحدّثة.
