FORTY BROADCASTERS TO SHOWCASE DUBAI WORLD CUP FIXTURE

$30.5m horseracing showpiece to be broadcast live on ITV in the UK for the first time

Forty broadcasters from all corners of the globe will showcase the US$30.5million Dubai World Cup horseracing fixture on Saturday, March 25.

 

The day is one of the true highlights of the racing calendar. The nine races at the spectacular Meydan Racecourse in the heart of Dubai include six Group 1 contests, headlined by the US$12m Dubai World Cup, sponsored by Emirates Airline.

Dubai Racing Club, working with its appointed distribution and production company, Racecourse Media Group (RMG), and RMG&rsquos agency HBA Media, have secured some of the biggest names in sports broadcasting.

These include Fox Sports in the US, ESPN / Star+ in South America, SuperSport in Africa, Viaplay in Europe, Dubai Media and BeIN in the Middle East, and, for the first time, ITV, the UK&rsquos biggest commercial broadcaster. Those in the skies and the seas can watch live on-board selected airlines and cruise-lines via the Sport 24 network.
